L.P.C. was founded in 1999 by Journeyman Rodman Leo Cimini and originally operated as L.P.C. Enterprises. L.P.C. specialized solely in the Installation of Reinforcing Steel (Rebar).

In 2002 L.P.C. was Incorporated in Ontario and also became a registered builder through the Ontario New Home Warranty Plan (ONHWP).

In 2007 L.P.C. expanded it’s operations to include the supply and fabrication of Reinforcing Steel (Rebar) and opened our office/yard at 610 Hewitson St. Thunder Bay, Ontario.
