Recent news reports have expressed the issue of bacterial contamination in our locally sourced ozonated spring water. While the initial report was accurate in the evidence of an unidentified bacteria, the reports that followed have stated inaccuracies that have been detrimental to Kakabeka Crystal. These inaccuracies have provided our local customers with ill-advised information on our company’s decisions in the voluntary recall, testing of our product and the overall concern of our customer’s safety.
